Conclusion to Section Six
In this section, we covered an approach to resolve a health problem that cannot be remedied under a mutual agreement between the municipality and the owner. Using a common example of a nuisance, we covered the needed preparatory steps before a LHO goes to court and represents the community under Rule 80K contained in the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure.
