3. You will be able to describe nuisances that are more difficult to resolve because they are not covered explicitly by Maine law.

• The course covers strategies in these "non-explicit" situations that include prevention, consultation, and advice.
• We will go over the LHO's role in documenting the facts of cases in an unbiased, organized manner.
• You will see that communication, interpersonal skills, and troubleshooting skills are important to LHO success.
• This course provides knowledge checks where you analyze simulated situations and apply the best LHO actions.
