In this section, we will be covering:

How to Use the LHO Complaint Flowchart

Using the LHO Complaint Flowchart to handle a common complaint, this section walks you through the steps associated with a complaint. Because many complaints have a legal remedy without going to court, fixing the problem is often a matter of persistence and eventual cooperation. We will touch on how to get the right information, how to verify the complaint, and how to get good advice for solving the complaint problem.

 

Section Four should take approximately 60 minutes to read, process, and do one short knowledge check.
